Hyperlink Dialog

Copy / Paste of HTML
HTML Clipboard content is currently inserted with yellow brackets at the beginning and the end of inserted content. From the users point of view they are annoying and confusing because it is not comprehensible from where they came from. Additionally they are very hard to remove. We agreed that they HTML content should be inserted by default without the brackets and if users want to have them they could insert the content via Paste Special. Paste Special will provide a new item called "HTML without comments".
We also agreed that the brackets should be removed by default in Writer/Web.
