2.1 Duplicate and/or unused Bitmap resources
It has been found out that lots of .bmp files in the source tree are identical. The question was whether they are compiled into the product or not. STS mentioned that a lot (ca. 100 toolbox bitmaps) has been marked with a red cross to identify unsued icons. As they have not been seen in the product it can be stated that these bitmaps are not compiled into the product.. Nevertheless it is obvious that these files have to be removed from the source tree once there is time for it.
