Description
Allows a plugin to get notification from office side about status of new document opening. This interface is oriented for communication with browsers plugins.

notifyURL Notifies the plugin that a getURL / postURL operation on the corresponding XPluginInstancePeer was finished.

Notifies the plugin that a getURL / postURL operation on the corresponding XPluginInstancePeer was finished.
Parameter theURL
[in]: name of the URL that was used during a previous getURL or postURL call
